Error parsing script @... in resource @...: #:1: syntax error near '<\1>'

This means your download is corrupted, please try download it again. Make sure you do not use filezilla for file transfer as it has a very high chance of corrupting files encrypted by fivem escrow, try using WinSCP instead.
